Shipping Terms


Enjoy Free Shipping on domestic orders over $150

Free Shipping is sent via Aramex Couriers. Please select an alternate Shipping Method at checkout if required.


Online orders are dispatched as soon as possible within 2-5 business days once your order is placed. Shipping lead times are on top of our warehouse dispatch lead time. Lead times may vary during sale periods.


Shipping Options

We offer 3 different Shipping Options to select at the checkout. Please read the below shipping options to determine which suits you prior to placing your order. Your order is acceptance of these terms. 

 

Option 1: Flat Rate Shipping $10 - Aramex Couriers

We partner with Aramex for Flat Rate Shipping. All parcels are shipped as Authority to Leave. Please ensure your delivery address supplied is safe and secure for Aramex to leave your parcel. If you are in a unit complex or hard to access premises please consider Australia Post as per below, Posie is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels.

If Signature on Delivery is required, please request this in the notes section upon checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your parcel.

If delivery is unsuccessful, please follow your tracking number and email notifications via Aramex for all actions required to organise redelivery. Aramex will only hold your parcel as per their website terms before it is returned to sender. If a parcel is returned to sender, once received back in Posie's warehouse it will require a new booking and shipping fee based on the cost to be sent back to your location. Organising redelivery is the responsibility of the customer. Posie is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries. 

 

Option 2: Standard Shipping $15 - Australia Post 

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers require selecting the Australia Post shipping method at checkout. Aramex Couriers can not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices. 

We highly recommend selecting Australia Post if your delivery address is hard to access in a unit or gated complex, there is no safe place for your parcel to be left, or you know you won't be home to sign for your parcel. Along with customers located in Western Australia and regional areas.

Standard Shipping can take up to to 2-13 business days depending on your location. Please view the most up to date estimated shipping lead times via Australia Post here.

Option 3: Express Shipping $20 - Australia Post

Express Shipping via Australia Posit can take up to 2-4 business days from Posie's HQ located in Currumbin, Queensland. Express Shipping is not guaranteed next business day. Please view the most up to date estimated shipping lead times via Australia Post here.

International Shipping

We ship to a number of countries around the world. A shipping quote will be generated upon checkout based on your location. If your country does not appear with a shipping quote, please email us at hello@weareposie.com.au along with the order you would like to place and we will find the cheapest shipping quote for you. 

We partner with Australia Post for all International parcels. International orders require Signature on Delivery. If you'd prefer Authority to Leave, please request this in the notes section upon checkout and ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your parcel.

Delivery lead times may vary depending on the country, please follow the most up to date lead times via Australia Post here. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number to follow all updates and an expected delivery date. Please keep an eye over your tracking details, once your order lands in your country it will be passed onto Australia Posts partnering courier company as per your tracking number. You can use the same tracking number on the website of your local courier company in your country.

Tracking and Delivery

Upon placing your order you will receive an Order Confirmation email from Posie. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a separate email including all tracking information to follow all delivery updates, lead time and estimated date of arrival. 

We encourage keeping an eye over your tracking information to follow for all delivery updates. Delayed, lost, stolen or damaged parcels are to be raised by the customer directly with Aramex or Australia Post and are not the responsibility of Posie. Please email hello@weareposie.com.au if you have any questions.

If delivery is unsuccessful:

Aramex the courier will send an email with instructions to organise redelivery (click link for further steps: Aramex Redelivery) Aramex can not deliver to a PO Box, Parcel Locker or Australia Post Office. If redelivery hasn't been organised within the required timeframe, your order will be Returned to Sender.  Posie is under no obligation to provide a refund or absorb any redelivery costs if your parcel is Returned to Sender. Upon receiving your returned parcel we will require an additional delivery cost for redelivery.

Australia Post the driver will leave a collection card and your parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection. 

Posie takes no responsibility for any incorrect or insufficient shipping address details supplied on purchase resulting in lost or missing parcels.

 

Loss or Damage in Transit

If you have a problem with your order please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel to hello@weareposie.com.au with the required photos to lodge a claim. Photos of: shipping box, packaging materials, items as received and the packing slip. Posie is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after a parcel has been successfully delivered by the courier. 

 

Returns

Returns are only applicable on purchases made directly through Posie's online store. Please email hello@weareposie.com.au with proof of purchase within 7 days from receiving your parcel. We will exchange/refund less shipping costs, only if products are unused and in their original packaging, in the same condition they were sent/received. It is recommended to return your items via registered post. We do not accept returns or cancellations on any orders purchased on sale.
